Job Description:
Responsibilities:
– Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, including diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions.
– Conduct routine check-ups, screenings, and preventive care.
– Develop and manage patient treatment plans, including prescribing medications and therapies.
– Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and medical histories.
– Coordinate with specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
– Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
– Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with medical advancements and best practices.
Qualifications:
– Medical degree (MD) from an accredited institution.
– Certification by the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) or equivalent.
– Valid license to practice medicine in Ontario.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
