Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor injection blow molding (IBM) machines to manufacture PET bottles, plastic cups, and other packaging products.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime.
Inspect finished products for quality control, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
Adjust machine settings for optimal efficiency and material usage.
Maintain detailed production logs and document machine performance.
Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to improve workflow and efficiency.
Follow all safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in injection blow molding or a related manufacturing role.
Knowledge of IBM machinery, troubleshooting techniques, and plastic resin properties.
Strong attention to detail and ability to detect defects.
Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and within a team.
