Generate new client accounts through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and LinkedIn prospecting. Identify HR Managers, Operations Managers, Plant Managers, and Business Owners. Schedule and conduct sales meetings. Present SHAD Consultants' staffing and recruitment solutions. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Prepare service agreements and staffing proposals. Negotiate rates and close new business opportunities. Maintain CRM and sales activity records. Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client satisfaction. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
