SCI is an Ontario Licensed Temporary Help Agency providing staffing and recruitment solutions across Ontario. For over 25 years, we have been helping employers in manufacturing, food processing, logistics, warehousing, skilled trades, and industry find qualified talent.

We are seeking an ambitious, highly motivated, and results-driven Business Development Manager to help expand our client portfolio and generate new business opportunities throughout Ontario.

This is a true “hunter” sales role for someone who enjoys cold calling, prospecting, networking, and closing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities.

Generate new client accounts through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and LinkedIn prospecting.

Identify HR Managers, Operations Managers, Plant Managers, and Business Owners.

Schedule and conduct sales meetings.

Present SHAD Consultants’ staffing and recruitment solutions.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Prepare service agreements and staffing proposals.

Negotiate rates and close new business opportunities.

Maintain CRM and sales activity records.

Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client satisfaction.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Daily Activity Expectations

60+ Quality Cold Calls per day

20+ LinkedIn Outreach Messages per day

15+ Sales Emails per day

5+ Qualified Client Meetings per week

1+ New Client Accounts per week

Qualifications

Required

Minimum 3 years of B2B Sales experience at a staffing agency.

Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Experience using LinkedIn for business development.

Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Valid Ontario Driver’s License and access to a vehicle.

Preferred

Staffing Agency experience.

Recruitment Industry experience.

Existing network within Manufacturing, Food Processing, Logistics, Warehousing, Skilled Trades, or Industrial sectors.

Experience selling staffing, recruiting, HR, or workforce solutions.

Compensation

Option

Base Salary:

Plus: commission on gross profit from new clients.

Quarterly performance bonuses.

Annual performance incentives.
