We are currently seeking skilled stainers/painters with expertise in spray staining using industrial/professional style paint sprayers/guns for our wooden items. This position offers a temporary-to-permanent opportunity for individuals who demonstrate proficiency and possess essential knowledge in mixing lacquers and stains specifically for furniture and wooden case goods.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform spray staining of wooden items in our stain booths with precision and attention to detail.
- Ensure proper mixing and application of lacquers and stains to achieve high-quality finishes.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a consistent workflow and meet production targets.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while handling paint sprayers and chemicals.
- Adhere to quality standards to deliver flawless finishes on our wooden products.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in spray staining using industrial/professional style paint sprayers/guns.
- Familiarity with lacquers and stains for furniture and wooden case goods.
- Knowledge of mixing techniques and color matching.
- Ability to work full-time from 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, on-site.
- Self-provided respirator and willingness to use the appropriate PPE provided by the company.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
Compensation:
- Hourly rate: $20-$30 (Based on experience)
- The most experienced candidate may be offered the higher end of the pay scale.
