Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Packaging Supervisor to oversee packaging operations at our manufacturing facility in Toronto, Ontario. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities: Supervise Packaging Department activities in collaboration with the Packaging Manager, Shift Supervisors, and Lead Hands. Serve as back-up Shift Supervisor or Lead Hand as needed. Achieve packaging production targets by: Communicating job expectations. Planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees. Enforcing company policies and procedures. Assist in recruiting, selecting, training, and mentoring employees. Execute the packaging production plan by: Scheduling and assigning employees. As we continue to expand, we are seeking dedicated individuals to join us as General Labourers in our packaging warehouse. Position Overview: As a General Labourer, you will play a crucial role in our packaging operations. You will be responsible for various tasks including but not limited to packaging, labeling, quality control, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Package products according to specified guidelines and standards
  • Label packages accurately and efficiently
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards
  • Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or packaging environment is an asset but not required
  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift/move heavy objects

Job Description Industrial Electrician Food manufacturing facility in Toronto... Applicant must be willing to work any shift, including night shift. Applicant should have completed an apprenticeship program & certified as 309A and /or 442A Electrician in Ontario. Prefer candidates also have a College CET. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in food manufacturing. Job Functions:  Perform preventative maintenance according to specifications, instructions of Maintenance Management.  Perform maintenance and repairs on production equipment, the building, and all of its components.  Design and build electrical panels for machinery.  Design and build electrical circuits to improve the performance of equipment and machinery. Specific skills requirements:  Industrial Electrician license.  Minimum 3 years of local experience in Canada from within a Food Plant Manufacturing environment. Required skills:  Troubleshooting skills for Electrical & Mechanical problems  Understanding of electrical circuitry  Knowledge of PLCs, maintenance shop machinery, and electronics  Knowledge of building wiring and CSA codes as it apply to an Industrial establishment.  Reading, writing, and communication in English.  Must be able to lift and move heavy machinery.  Ability to work at heights, heat, cold, and within guidelines of Occupational Health & Safety.
